- 本實(shí)驗采用3個(gè)26bp的T7(dT11)N為錨定引物,24個(gè)26bp的M13-ARPs為隨機引物,組成72個(gè)引物組合對上述四個(gè)品種雛雞腿肌組織進(jìn)行DDRT-PCR反應。In this experiment, differential expressing genes in leg muscle of chicken mentioned above were studied via DDRT-PCR technique, which firstly adopted 72 primer pairs that piloted by 3 T7 (dT11) N as anchor primers and 24 M13-ARPs as random primers.
- [結果]按照對照組、低劑量組、高劑量組、適應性反應組處理細胞后,DDRT-PCR結果顯示各處理組與對照組比較:H_2O_2有60個(gè)差異條帶、FA有61個(gè),TCE有52個(gè)。[Results]The results showed that 60 differential display straps of H2O2,61 FA,52 TCE were found among low dose group,high dose group,and adaptive response group compared with control group.
