- 摘要研究一定光源孔徑、束斑的高斯光束對熒光共焦顯微鏡橫向、縱向分辨率的影響,導出了熒光功率傳輸函數、三維響應函數。In the paper, both the size of the source and of the beam spot of a extended Gaussian beam are considered and their influences on both the lateral and axial resolution of a fluorescent confocal microscopy are studied and calculated based on the power transfer function and three-dimensional pulse spread function.
