This paper, from the features and affecting factors of this period, presents some viewpoints on vocal music training in the voice changing period. 通過(guò)分析變聲期的生理特征以及影響變聲的諸方面因素，提出變聲期聲樂(lè )訓練的策略和方法。
Actually the various vocal training has some relatively unified scientific theory and principles according to the vocality-related science research. 而事實(shí)上與聲樂(lè )相關(guān)的科學(xué)研究已較為成熟，聲樂(lè )訓練的方法在不失多樣性的同時(shí)，也具有相對統一的原理和科學(xué)原則。
