No adverse reaction was observed in both groups.Conclusions Ala-Gln-supplemented PN improved nitrogen balance and maintained intestinal permeability ,reduced complications. 結論添加谷氨酰胺的腸外營(yíng)養可以維持腸粘膜通透性，進(jìn)一步改善氮平衡，減少并發(fā)癥。
