In order to observe the immunoiogical changes ,an animal model of experimental autoim-mune sensorineural hearing loss was created by using the guinea pig's inner ear as an antigen. 以豚鼠內耳組織作為抗原免疫豚鼠，觀(guān)察免疫前及免疫后不同時(shí)期豚鼠聽(tīng)閾幾項免疫學(xué)參數和內耳病理組織結構的變化。
