With the motivation of the undirected graph and bipartite partition, some new estimations for singular values of a matrix were presented. 摘要利用矩陣的無(wú)向圖及二部分劃，給出了新的復合型矩陣奇異值估計式，改進(jìn)了已有的相應結果。
