We think the patient's pain was most likely caused by bowel ischemia secondary to acute thrombosis of the superior mesentery artery mycotic aneurysm. 病患之腹痛應是向于上腸系膜細菌性動(dòng)脈瘤栓塞引發(fā)腸子缺氧所造成的。
Pathology examination showed inflammation compatible with a mycotic aneurysm, although cultures of the resected aneurysm had no growth. 病理上發(fā)現動(dòng)脈瘤有明顯發(fā)炎反應同時(shí)判斷為細菌性動(dòng)脈瘤，動(dòng)脈瘤培養沒(méi)有長(cháng)菌。
