In this paper, the architecture of the image monitoring system is analyzed and the core technologies for developing IMS.The image compression technology is focally presented. 論文首先對圖像監控體系結構進(jìn)行分析，討論了實(shí)現遠程圖像監控系統的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，重點(diǎn)研究了一些編碼技術(shù)。
