It was found the number of primordial germ cells in the blood and gonads decreased significantly, the histological structure of some organs in quail embryos had different changes. 本實(shí)驗利用回轉器旋轉模擬微重力的生物效應，以鵪鶉胚胎作為實(shí)驗材料，研究了鵪鶉胚胎生殖腺內原始生殖細胞的數目及內臟器官的組織學(xué)變化。
