Disc area and height were used for calculation of the normalized mechanical parameters.Glycosaminoglycan content was normalized by dry weight. 用間盤(pán)面積及高度對力學(xué)參數進(jìn)行標準化計算，粘多糖的含量通過(guò)間盤(pán)的干重來(lái)進(jìn)行標準化。
