The physical interpretation of P11 and PVDF mode shape functions are characterized respectively.The FRFs between the PZT actuators and PVDF sensors are experimentally measured. 以模態(tài)分析之理論基礎推導對于壓電材料梁系統之傳統模態(tài)形式的頻率響應函數，并分別驗證得到壓電片和壓電薄膜模態(tài)振型之物理意義。
