Objective To study changes in electrophysiological characteristics of muscle spindles induced by simulated weightlessness in isolated rats soleus. 目的觀(guān)察模擬失重不同時(shí)期大鼠離體比目魚(yú)肌肌梭電生理特性的改變。
Methods According to argentaffine of nerve fibers, fast silver-staining was used to observe morphology of nerve endings of isolated muscle spindle in rats' soleus muscle. 方法分離出單肌梭,對呂榮等人的運動(dòng)終板及神經(jīng)末梢的快速銀染方法做了適當的改良,用于肌梭內神經(jīng)末梢的染色。
