In this paper, two novel heterodyne interferometers designed for measuring the principal axis and phase retardation of the linear birefringent materials in full-field are proposed. 本論文提出兩種同時(shí)量測主軸和線(xiàn)性雙折射性系統的創(chuàng )新設計,并采用圓偏光儀架構及共路徑電光調變旋光外差干涉技術(shù)。
