Findings suggest respondents experience moderate levels of emotional exhaustion and low levels of cyniciam and inefficacy,and the whole level of librarian burnout is low. 結果表明高校圖書(shū)館員經(jīng)歷著(zhù)中度的情緒衰竭以及低度水平的玩世不恭和個(gè)人成就感低落，整體來(lái)說(shuō)職業(yè)倦怠水平較低。
