Based on the analytical model, the dependencies of the electric field distribution and breakdown voltage on the device parameters are investigated. 借助解析模型，研究了電場(chǎng)分布和器件擊穿電壓與結構參數的關(guān)系。
Precise models for this problem are not available yet, researchers can only consult to theories which are mainly based upon solving the distribution of electricfield. 等離子體發(fā)生器數值模型的理論還只是基于電場(chǎng)分布的解算，還沒(méi)有完全精確的數值模型。
