On the other hand, the attendance of various impact assessment models is indispensably for SEA, so we choose different models to construct a Model Base framework for SEA. 同時(shí)，環(huán)境評價(jià)還離不開(kāi)模型的參與，為此，我們提出了構建戰略環(huán)境影響評價(jià)模型庫，并對其結構進(jìn)行了探索。
