In this study,lactic acid bacteria was isolated from the samples of two-humped camel milk and milk products collected from the west desert and half-desert areas of Inner Mongoiar. 本項實(shí)驗主要對內蒙古西部荒漠和半荒漠地區，以天然放牧飼養的雙峰駝乳及乳制品為樣品，進(jìn)行乳酸菌的分離鑒定及生物學(xué)特性的研究。
