The effect of the crack eccentricity ratio on the stress intensity factor and the ultimate tensile strength for cracked ductile plates was investigated in this paper. 摘要疲勞裂紋對船舶結構強度具有不可忽視的削弱作用，在過(guò)去的研究中，主要從斷裂力學(xué)的角度對疲勞裂紋應力場(chǎng)進(jìn)行分析，而對于靜態(tài)裂紋板的極限強度的探討相對較少。
