Enterprises holding source identification codes issued by agencies other than the MOEA must apply for permits with the MOEA within three months after the enforcement of the law. 另如事業(yè)已有其他非主管機關(guān)所發(fā)之識別碼者，應于本條例施行之日起三個(gè)月內，向主管機關(guān)申請備查，屆期未辦理者，視為未申請核發(fā)光碟來(lái)源識別碼。
