A comparetive study on batch and continuous fermetation with mixed free yeast ells and immobilized cells were carried out,leading to setting up of cores-ponding kinetics models. 對游離細胞與固定化細胞的分批發(fā)酵和連續發(fā)酵產(chǎn)酒的動(dòng)力學(xué)進(jìn)行了研究并建立了相應的發(fā)酵動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。
