The preliminary application shows that the prediction model can meet the requirement of real-time allocation of water resources in the Heihe River Basin. 在黑河流域水資源實(shí)時(shí)調度需水計算中進(jìn)行了初步應用，結果表明該模型能滿(mǎn)足流域水資源實(shí)時(shí)調度的需要。
At present,there are lots of protrudent problem in development and utilization of the water resource,such as the serious lack,the acute conflict between supply and request. 目前，黃河水資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用存在著(zhù)許多突出問(wèn)題，流域水資源嚴重短缺，供需矛盾十分尖銳。
