Results Degree of the emotional exhaustion in university teachers was normal, while their depersonalization was normal and sense of personal accomplishment was high. 結果高校教師在職業(yè)倦怠的情緒衰竭程度上較嚴重，非人性化程度一般，個(gè)人成就感較高。
Findings suggest respondents experience moderate levels of emotional exhaustion and low levels of cyniciam and inefficacy,and the whole level of librarian burnout is low. 結果表明高校圖書(shū)館員經(jīng)歷著(zhù)中度的情緒衰竭以及低度水平的玩世不恭和個(gè)人成就感低落，整體來(lái)說(shuō)職業(yè)倦怠水平較低。
