Treated with anti microtubule drugs(amiprophos methyl APM), the effect of microtubules disassembly on the ultrastructure cold stability of cucumber young leaf cells was investigated by transmission electron microscope.

- 為了解微管骨架在維持植物抗寒力中的作用機理 ,本文采用透射電鏡技術(shù) ,以微管解聚劑APM(amiprophos methyl,甲基氨草磷 )噴灑黃瓜幼苗 ,繼之低溫處理 ,從超微結構水平上研究了微管解聚對黃瓜幼葉細胞超微結構冷穩定性的影響。
