To solve the problem of huge storage occupation for USPS handwritten numerals sample library, a method for accessing handwritten character sample image information based on bit map coding is presented in the pager.

- 摘要針對USPS手寫(xiě)數字樣本數據庫存儲空間大，在開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)際手寫(xiě)數字字符識別系統時(shí)不能直接生成二值化圖像的缺點(diǎn)，提出一種基于位映象編碼的二進(jìn)制存取方法，建立的手寫(xiě)樣本數據庫可以快速恢復為相應的二值化字符圖像。
