This study uses three different measures of performance-return on assets, economic productivity index, and price-cost margin-to investigate the relationships among organizational demography, employee turnover, and performance.

- 為了進(jìn)一步了解這類(lèi)問(wèn)題，本研究采用資產(chǎn)報酬率、經(jīng)濟生產(chǎn)力與價(jià)格－成本邊際此三個(gè)衡量績(jì)效的指標，對臺灣企業(yè)的人口結構、人口流動(dòng)與組織績(jì)效三者間的關(guān)系，做一個(gè)探索性的研究。
