- 筆者通過(guò)綜合資源專(zhuān)有性理論和交易成本理論，對中國零售業(yè)外商投資進(jìn)入模式選擇建立了一個(gè)理論分析框架，然后在此基礎上，對影響中國零售業(yè)外商投資進(jìn)入模式的區位因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究，并根據研究結論提出了正確引導與利用跨國零售業(yè)在中國投資的措施建議。
