The chlorinated drinking water (CDW) extracts and 3 chloro 4-(dichloromethyl) 5 hydroxy-2(5H)-Furanone (MX) were administered to Wistar rats by gavage to study the influence of CDW and MX on the lipidperoxidation (LPO) and glutathion (GSH).
