The anti-mitochondrial antibody(AMA) and the anti-nuclear antibody(ANA) in sera of 91 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC) were detected by indirect immunofluorescence assay,and the immunoblot assay was used to detect the subtypes of AMA.

- 為了分析原發(fā)性膽汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)患者的抗線(xiàn)粒體抗體(anti-mitochondria antibody,AMA)及其M2、M4、M9亞型、抗核抗體(antinuclear antibody,ANA)的陽(yáng)性率。 應用間接免疫熒光法檢測ANA、AMA,免疫斑點(diǎn)法檢測AMA M2、M4、M9。
