It was proved thai homozygous o2o2 genotype in QPM could not be ensured lines in conventional breeding.
- 本研究用含單顯性抗病基因“N”基因的自交系Carolina Wonder與園藝性狀優(yōu)良但不含“N”基因的自交系20080-5-29,及其F1代材料、F2代群體(320株)為試材,采用南方根結線(xiàn)蟲(chóng)(Meloidogyne spp.)In this research, materials is a F2 population from Carolina Wonder (320pl.) with domi-nant'N'gene, and 20080-5-29, an interbred line sensitive to Root-knot nematodes with good agricultural characters. To investigate the resistance to Root-knot nematodes of the population, artificial inoculation was used.
