Statistics institutions and statisticians shall refuse to submit to or oppose such compulsion or prompting and, in accordance with this Law and regulations on statistics, submit authentic statistical data and be responsible for their authenticity.

- 統計機構、統計人員對領(lǐng)導人強令或者授意篡改統計資料或者編造虛假數據的行為，應當拒絕、抵制，依照本法和統計制度如實(shí)報送統計資料，并對所報送的統計資料的真實(shí)性負責。
