  • 本論文通過(guò)紫外光照射的方法使聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微流控芯片的微通道內壁產(chǎn)生自由基,從而將丙烯酸單體嫁接,再分別通過(guò)聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化銨(PDDA)和介孔材料將酶固定在芯片微通道中,實(shí)現了蛋白質(zhì)在PDMS微流控芯片上的酶解。
