Objective: To observe the influence of sparfloxacin(SPX) and levofloxacin(LVFX) on QT interval of guinea pig ECG. Methods: Various doses(high,moderate,and low levels) of SPX or LVFX was respectively given by intraperitoned to anesthetic guinea pigs.
