Objective To study the effect of patients with advanced gstric carcinoma was systemic combined chemotherapy with ELF reginen,consisting of 10 hrdroxycmptothecine(HCPT),etoposide(Vp 16),Leucovorin(LV)and 5 fluorouracil(5 Fu).
