- 目的觀(guān)察釉基質(zhì)蛋白(EMP)對牙周膜細胞(PDLC)在牙周炎患牙牙骨質(zhì)根面上附著(zhù)和增殖的影響。方法用EMP處理的牙周炎患牙根片為實(shí)驗組,用生理鹽水處理的患牙根片和健康牙根片分別作為對照。
