Myocyte apoptosis may play a pivotal role in MI,the suppression of Bcl-2 and the over expression of Bax,P53,Fas induce signal pathways of cardiomyocyte apoptosis, ACEI inhibits the cardiomyocyte apoptosis by effects of these genes.
