Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with pilocytic astrocytomas of the third ventricles, whose average age was 19 years, treated by us in the last 9 years were analyzed retrospectively.

- 本組8例；占同期住院膠質(zhì)瘤的0.；6%25；發(fā)病年齡平均為19歲；病變在第三腦室前部突向下丘腦/視路的2例；位于第三腦室中后部的6例。8例均行顯微手術(shù)治療；腫瘤位于第三腦室前部突向下丘腦/視路的采用經(jīng)翼點(diǎn)入路;
