Methods The DNA samples of 19 parent child pairs with mutations in three loci (FGA, D12S391, and D11S554) were genotyped by silver staining on STR. Alleles to be sequenced were excised from gels, reamplified by PCR, and purified.

- 方法用銀染方法對 3個(gè) STR位點(diǎn) (FGA、D12 S391、D11S5 5 4 )共 19個(gè)發(fā)生突變的家系父、母、子的 DNA樣本進(jìn)行 STR基因分型 ,將需測序的等位基因條帶從凝膠上切下 ,再進(jìn)行 PCR擴增 ,產(chǎn)物經(jīng)純化作為測序模板 ,采用循環(huán)測序法測序。
