Methods Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery, including 13 adrenalectomy, 15 unroofing of renal cyst, 4 spermatic vein ligation, 1 UPJ-plasty, 1 stripping of the renal vessel, 1 nephrectomy, were carried out for 35 cases.
