Methods 63 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled. Their motor nerve conduction velocity of left median nerve(MCV1) and left common peroneal nerve(MCV2), sensory conduction velocity of left median nerve (SCV),FBG, HbA1C and MAC were tested.

- 方法檢測63例2型糖尿病患者左正中神經(jīng)、左腓總神經(jīng)的運動(dòng)神經(jīng)傳導速度（分別為MCV1、MCV2），左正中神經(jīng)的感覺(jué)神經(jīng)傳導速度（SCV），同時(shí)測定FBG、HbA1C和晨尿白蛋白（MAC），按MAC的水平確定有無(wú)DN并分組，分別統計兩組的MCV1、MCV2、SCV。
