Methods 21 cases of moderate or heavy hypertrophic breast were reviewed since 2001, which adopted with reduction mammaplasty of eliminating vertical scar with inferior pedicle nipple-areolar flap.

- 方法:回顧總結2001年以來(lái)對21例中、重度乳房肥大患者采用無(wú)垂直瘢痕的下蒂瓣法行乳房縮小整形術(shù)的情況,分析其效果。結果:21例患者術(shù)后雙乳對稱(chēng),下垂狀況糾正,體積縮小,乳頭乳暈感覺(jué)良好,術(shù)后瘢痕隱蔽。
