METHODS: Forty polymyositis guinea pigs induced by Coxsackievirus B 1 were divided at random into A(15), B(15) and C(10) groups. Group A and B were treated with Radix Bupleuri and Ramulus Cinnamomi, respectively. Group C received no treatment.
