To the best of our knowledge, the cyst reported here is the largest of the epidermoid cysts arising within the breast that have been reported. 值得一提的是在回顧相關(guān)文獻后，此病例應是目前被報告發(fā)生于乳房?jì)茸畲蟮念?lèi)表皮囊腫。
Although at times, the epidermoid cyst is difficult to distinguish from a malignant tumor, surgical excision is justified because of its potential for malignancy. 乳房的類(lèi)表皮囊腫是少見(jiàn)的乳房良性疾病，但它有時(shí)于臨床上不易與惡性腫瘤區分并且確有罕見(jiàn)的潛在惡性變化危險，所以手術(shù)切除是合適的治療方式。
