In cancerous tissue were mainly Gram-positive non-sporing anaerobes(Eubacterium,Propionibacterium,Peptostreptococcus,etc) which occupied 64.86%(48/74) of examined strains and the positive strains of nitrate reduction test were 59.46%(44/74).
