I am against using the formulation of 揅rime of Inside Transaction? or Divulging the crime into two crimes including the crime of Inside Transaction and the Crime of Divulging Inside Information.

- 關(guān)于本罪的罪名確定，筆者贊同“選擇罪名說(shuō)”，認為刑法第180條應確定為：“內幕交易、泄露內幕信息罪”，反對使用“內幕交易罪”或將本罪分為“內幕交易罪”和“泄露內幕信息罪”兩個(gè)并列的罪名。
