The East Taihu Lake is of macrophyte-type with low production and low eutrophication where the organic material mainly came from the exuberant aquatic vascular plants. 東太湖有機質(zhì)來(lái)源以東太湖中生長(cháng)較為茂盛的維管水生植物為主，目前湖泊生產(chǎn)力較低，富營(yíng)養化程度低，表現為典型的草型湖泊特征。
