During 48 weeks of treatment, the efficacy was assessed by the Yale Global Tie Severity Scale (YGTSS) and the safety were evaluated by Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS).

- 研究組又分為幼兒組(17例)、年長(cháng)兒組(23例)及按發(fā)作形式分為肢體抽動(dòng)組(13例)、頭面部抽動(dòng)組(19例)和混合組(8例)。 對研究對象于治療前與治療中(4、8、24、48周)進(jìn)行耶魯抽動(dòng)癥整體嚴重度量表(YGTSS)和不良反應量表(TESS)評估。
