According to orthogonal experiments,thick salt method and thin alkali method for extraction of ribonucleic acid from waste yeast were compared. 通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗對濃鹽法和稀堿法提取啤酒廢酵母核糖核酸進(jìn)行了比較。
