Changes in left renal coefficient(LRC),leukocyte count,the scores of tubules and its ultrastructure were observed. The contents of interleukin 1(IL 1),interleukin 8(IL 8),interleukin 6(IL 6) of renal tissue were measured.

- 在上述各時(shí)相點(diǎn)取左腎稱(chēng)重求出左腎系數 (LRC) ,并分別采用放射免疫分析法 (RIA)和雙抗體夾心ELISA ABC法檢測腎組織白細胞介素 1、白細胞介素 8(IL 8)及白細胞介素 6 (IL 6 )的含量 ,同時(shí)在光鏡下對腎小管損傷程度進(jìn)行評分 ,并計數腎微血管床的白細胞滯留數。
