Aiming directly at this problem, this paper firstly studied on the breeding of the P.rhodozyma, by UV inducing protoplast, then optimized the medium and feimentation condition, the effect of regulating NADPH on ASTA production was discussed also.

- 本文針對紅法夫酵母生物合成蝦青素時(shí)存在的主要問(wèn)題,首先通過(guò)原生質(zhì)體誘變進(jìn)行蝦青素高產(chǎn)菌種的篩選,在此基礎上采用響應面方法對誘變株進(jìn)行培養基優(yōu)化,確定最佳發(fā)酵條件,并研究調控NADPH 的產(chǎn)生對蝦青素生物合成的影響。
