48 rats, both male and female, were treated with Aclacinomycin B(Chinese-made ACM B)at 3 dosage ievels(0.3, 0.6 and 1.2 mg/kg/day)and normal saline as a control group by daily intraperitoneal injection for 30 consecutive days.
